Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile for Your Ideal Prospects

Are you confident that your LinkedIn Profile is communicating your value proposition clearly to your Ideal Prospects? If you are, great! If you aren’t, you are potentially missing out on the opportunity to engage with prospective clients.


So, the very first thing you must do before you even touch the Edit buttons on your LinkedIn profile is this:


You must clearly identify who your Ideal Prospect is.


If you don’t establish clearly who your audience is you will certainly miss the mark when you are attempting to create content on your LinkedIn Profile that is relevant to your Ideal Prospect.


Think of it this way. Your LinkedIn Profile is your individualized, professional website. Your LinkedIn Profile is your marketing message to the world, for better or for worse. It shows up for work every day even when you are sick in bed, at home. In fact, it is working even when you sleep at night. It works on the weekends. It is 24/7/365.


So, what is the marketing message that you are presenting to the world? More importantly, what is the marketing message that you are presenting to people with whom you would like to do business?
